offers Bachelor and associate degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management. It also give
the option to continue the study in Switzerland at the renowned Ecole
hotelier de Lausanne.
Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality
Management
It constitutes eight semesters of 126 credit hours over
almost 4 years. Five of these semesters are spent at the academy, one on an
internship at a quality hotel, restaurant, club or theme park in a location
either in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere in the world. Two semesters
may be spent either at Ecole hotelier de Lausanne, Switzerland or at the
Academy. The entire course cover general studies, Management Core,
Hospitality Core, Hospitality Electives/Dissertation, Internship and
Project.
